I had planned to release Psycho Sex Dolls last friday the 31st, but I got into trouble with the post work, and I wasn't going to release it on public platforms until I was happy with it.
I redone the sound on the whole film, as I found AI software that helped to clean up audio that wasn't tip top. However, that in turn put pressure on my computer. It kept on crashing the system. I'll get a computer upgrade for the sequel film, but I just made it through with this first film.
Anyway, the problem is now solved, and I have uploaded the film and a new trailer to Vimeo On Demand. It will be released tomorrow. Wednesday early evening. I didn't want to release it late tonight.
AMAZON PRIME RELEASE
My distributor will get the film on various mainstream streamers like Amazon Prime Video and several others, but I always release on Vimeo first. No big fanfare, or big promo push. I'll be hyping it up for the main streaming platforms in the weeks ahead.
I also have a lot of backers and supporters on this film, so I will also be sending them a new free private link. I always like everybody to double check that I have added their film credits.
I usually get it right but there's a lot of people, so sometimes you can miss one or two. It's easy to correct and upload a new copy to Vimeo, but I can't change it once it's on Amazon.
Anyway, the work hasn't even started. Got a million things to do. Delivering all the last of my perks, promote this, and I start preparing the sequel film "The Dolls" from next month.
